The Booking Details page has been updated to include air itinerary information provided by the cruise line after the booking is confirmed. This is an optional setting and can be configured.

Overview:

Air travel details are now directly visible within the itinerary section of the Booking Details page. This allows users to clearly review all air segments associated with a cruise reservation, even when the cruise line returns multiple air records. Previously, this was only visible in the Optional Add-Ons section.

Air Itinerary Behavior:

1. Air itinerary will now appear on the Booking Details page

If the cruise line also has an air booking, the air segments will be shown together with the cruise details for easier post-booking review.

2. Single air confirmation (one PNR)

When the cruise line provides one air confirmation, the itinerary will display the complete air details for that PNR.

3. Multiple air confirmations (multiple PNRs)

If the cruise line returns more than one PNR (e.g., separate air bookings per guest), the system will display all air itineraries individually.

Each PNR’s segments will appear grouped and clearly labeled under the air section on the Booking Details page.

How Air Information Is Displayed:

• Each guest’s air segments will be shown under their corresponding PNR and Name.

• All available flight details are shown, including:

  • Departure and arrival information

  • Flight number and airline

  • Travel dates and timings

  • Class of service

• If the airline does not provide the travel class, it is shown as ECONOMY by default.
